The G2 Spring 2026 results came in, and Onward picked up five new badges: Most Likely to Recommend (SMB), Easiest to Use, Easiest to Do Business With, Best Support, and High Performer.
I want to share what that means to us.
G2 badges aren't something we campaign for. They come from verified reviews written by the merchants who use our product every day, without filtering or spin. Just people telling the market what it's like to work with you. When five recognitions come back like this, it lands differently than a marketing award.
What stands out to me about this particular set is what they actually measure. Easiest to Do Business With, Best Support, Most Likely to Recommend. They are relationship scores. They tell you how merchants feel when they have a real partner, not just another vendor on the stack.
That's the distinction we've always tried to earn.
We also ranked 16th out of 1,070 products in our broader G2 category, and we're still holding the #1 position in shipping protection across the industry. In a crowded space, that standing reflects our consistent execution, not just what we’ve achieved this Spring.
None of this happens without two groups: our team, who builds and supports the product every day, and the merchants who trust us with their post-purchase experience and take the time to share honest feedback.
